Corn Tortilla
Ingredients
- 2 cups Masa Harina
- 1.5 cups of warm water
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
Steps
- Add Masa and Salt to mixing bowl
- Add 1 cup of water and mix
- Add last 0.5 cups (ish) until "correct" texture
- "Knead" (no actual gluten)
- Roll in to golf ball size
- SMASH
- Cook 10s, flip, 1 min, flip, 1 min
